Intelex Insight is a long-established creator of business analytics and machine learning solutions. We help make our partners' business processes more efficient and faster by automating data. We support companies in the transition to data-driven reporting, so that management decisions are made on the basis of up-to-date and accurate data.
Over the years, we have built a wide range of business analytics tools for our clients, including financial, sales, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, services and real estate analytics. In addition, we have provided solutions for budgeting processes, big data analytics and processing (BigData and IoT) and many other such projects. More recently, there has also been a growing demand for automated data collection on sustainability and the environment (ESG).
Intelex has focused its data analytics methods on Microsoft's business analytics platform and we have grown to become the largest team in our region in this area.

We are also well-versed in other business analytics and database platforms such as PostgreSQL, AWS services and Tableau.
Artificial Intelligence solutions are already built into some of today's BI solutions, but we use Python and the R language to build more complex solutions.
As an affiliate, we are associated with one of the largest digital transformation and design companies in Estonia, Trinidad Wiseman. We actively collaborate with them, and thanks to this partnership we are able to deliver our ingenious data solutions through high-level design. In total, we have more than 150 top professionals and are therefore able to be a trusted partner for even the largest companies and most complex projects. Our data analysts and data architects all have extensive experience in the field and are certified accordingly.

Kaur has been active in business analytics for 10 years. His strengths include strategy optimization, business process analysis, workshops, and tutorials. Production, government, wholesale, and finance are the business sectors he has had the most experience in. Kaur has also worked as a lecturer at the University of Tartu and in the Tallinn University of Technology.

Hegle is co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer of Trinidad Wiseman, an Intelex Insight affiliate, responsible for service and organizational development at the company.
As one of the first UX specialists in Estonia, she has worked in the field of user experience, service design and information technology for over 20 years and has skills and experience with the entire project life cycle.

Ivika is a Chief Architect and Mentor at Intelex Insight. He has studied data since university, where he studied mathematical statistics and later also business management. For him, structured design and integrity are important in technical solutions. Having dealt with almost all activities in the field of business analysis in her daily work, Ivika knows how to assess potential risk points or unnecessary complexity when planning solutions.

In cooperation with new partners, Siim helps identify the best opportunities for cooperation and ensures that the proposed solutions are implemented quickly and efficiently. He has helped find solutions to the unique challenges of several great organizations. Siim has helped to reach the right data-based decision-making processes in retail, manufacturing and logistics companies, the real estate sector, universities, etc., whether the solution is classic financial and sales analysis together with the budgeting process or completely organization-specific tailor-made approaches. Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions have also emerged more and more actively in recent years.

Sirli has been engaged in sales and purchasing work in the retail sector for over 15 years, the last years of which have been spent in international sales organizations. His outstanding skill is the use of Power BI and its application in sales, giving her a better understanding of the daily activities and needs of customers.
